Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can leave the wizard, delete a draft, or walk away from a quote at any time before you pay the deposit. Nothing is charged and no cask is reserved.

The deposit ([DEPOSIT_PERCENTAGE]) reserves the cask and covers artwork development, compliance review and administrative work. It is non-refundable if you cancel after this point, but the balance owed on the order is not due until you approve the artwork.

Once you approve the final artwork for print, the order enters production. At this stage the cask is disgorged, the bottling run is scheduled and labels are printed to your design. The order is no longer cancellable and the full balance becomes payable.

Consumer distance-selling rights that would normally allow a "cooling-off" cancellation do not apply to bespoke goods produced to your specification under [APPLICABLE_CONSUMER_LAW]. This policy does not affect any non-waivable statutory rights you may have.

Every shipment is insured. If bottles arrive damaged, or the shipment does not arrive, contact [SUPPORT_EMAIL] within 7 days of the delivery date with photographs and the order number. We will replace damaged or lost bottles at no cost, subject to insurance confirmation.

If a bottle does not match the approved specification (fill level, seal, label alignment, ABV, etc.), contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will investigate and, where the issue is confirmed, replace the affected bottles or refund their pro-rata value.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method within [REFUND_PROCESSING_DAYS] business days of approval.
