You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction (a minimum of 18 years, or higher where applicable, e.g. 21 years in the United States) to register an account, place an order or receive any product from us. By using our services you confirm you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity on your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

Pricing shown in the wizard is an estimate based on live inputs (cask, bottle, quantity, packaging, destination). A binding price is confirmed when we issue your final quote or invoice.

A non-refundable deposit of [DEPOSIT_PERCENTAGE] is required to reserve the cask and begin production. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we accept when we confirm the order in writing.

You are responsible for any artwork, names, logos, images or text you submit. You warrant that you own or have all rights and licences required to use that material on our products, and you agree to indemnify us against any third-party claim arising from that content. We may decline to produce artwork we consider infringing, unlawful or offensive.

Typical production time is approximately eight (8) weeks from artwork approval, subject to warehouse and bottling schedules. Delivery windows vary by destination; see our Shipping page for country-specific detail.

Because each order is bespoke and produced against a specific cask, cancellation rights are limited once production begins. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full detail.

You are responsible for confirming that receiving alcohol at your destination is legal. Applicable import duties and taxes are either included at checkout or payable on import, as indicated per destination.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under [GOVERNING_LAW]. Subject to that, our aggregate liability in connection with an order is limited to the amounts paid by you for that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING_LAW]. The courts of [COURTS_JURISDICTION] have exclusive jurisdiction, save that we may enforce our rights in any competent jurisdiction.
